Built in the USA, designed in Texas

Made by litigators who were done fighting their software.

Exhibit Stamper is built in the USA and designed in Texas by trial lawyers — not a software company that happens to sell to lawyers.

Why we built it

We spent too many nights before trial wrestling with exhibit stamps. The old way meant a paid Adobe Acrobat license, a finicky third-party plug-in, a stamp that never quite lined up, and re-lettering an entire binder by hand every time a new exhibit slipped in at the eleventh hour.

Worse, every one of those tools wanted to upload our clients' documents to someone else's server — privileged work product, sealed records, medical files — just to drop a letter in the corner of a page. For litigators with a duty of confidentiality, that was a non-starter.

So we built the tool we wished existed: open a browser tab, drop a PDF, pick a letter, download. No Acrobat. No plug-in. No upload. No Adobe.

How it works — and why that matters

Exhibit Stamper runs entirely inside your browser. When you drop a PDF in, it's read into your computer's local memory, stamped by JavaScript running on your own machine, and handed back to you as a download. The file never travels across the internet, because there is nowhere for it to go — there is no upload endpoint, no storage bucket, no database.

Who we are

We're practicing trial attorneys in Texas who got tired of paying for bloated software to do one small thing well. Exhibit Stamper is the result — a single-purpose tool, sharpened by people who actually stamp exhibits for a living, and who care that your clients' documents stay your clients'.
